Can AI call the barber and book my appointment for me?

Yes, aila calls your barber in Istanbul and books the appointment on your behalf. It asks for your approval before the call and adds the appointment to your calendar once it is set.

How does aila book a barber appointment?

You say what you want: the day, the time and the service. For example, “Book a haircut and beard at 11:00 on Saturday.” aila prepares an appointment card. Once you approve, it calls the barber.

On the phone it introduces itself as your AI assistant, books the slot and brings the result back to you. When the appointment is final, it goes into your calendar.

What if the time you asked for is taken?

If your preferred time is full, aila takes the closest slot within the range you gave it. For example, if 11:00 is taken and you gave a time window, it books the nearest free time inside that window.

You see the result. It does not go outside the range you set.

You stay in control

Calls, quotes and bookings are never final without your approval. aila does not haggle and does not commit money on your behalf; it gathers the information and leaves the decision to you.

If the barber does not pick up, aila does not leave a voicemail.
