Is aila safe? How is your data protected and who is in control?

Who is in control?

An approval card arrives before a call, and no call is made until you approve. Quotes and bookings are not final without your approval either. On topics you have not instructed, aila does not decide on its own.

aila does not haggle, does not commit money on your behalf and does not leave voicemail. When it calls a venue, it introduces itself as your AI assistant. You can cancel a job with Cancel on the task card.

How is your data processed?

The data controller is Humion Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi. Data is processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation; the company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures and audits its data security processes regularly.

The company does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes in any way, nor share it without permission. Data may be shared only as far as necessary with infrastructure and cloud providers, payment institutions, business partners and service providers, and authorized public bodies.

Voice, health and location data

Voice recordings, health data and location information are processed only with your explicit consent. If you do not give consent, that data is not processed.

If data has to be processed on servers or with providers abroad, this is done under Article 9 of KVKK. The details are in the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notice.

How do you use your rights?

You have KVKK rights such as learning whether your data is processed, asking for correction or deletion, and objecting to processing. You can write your requests to info@myai.la; applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
