aila makes phone bookings with hairdressers, barbers, beauty salons and spas. Barbers also have their own page.

• Hairdresser: for example a cut and blow-dry, you give the day and time.
• Beauty salon: you write the day, the time and the service you want.
• Spa: aila books the slot, and can ask about price and availability first if you want.

How does the call go?

You say what you want. aila prepares an appointment card and, when you approve, calls the business. On the phone it introduces itself as your AI assistant and books the slot.

If your time is full, aila takes the closest slot within the range you gave it. When the appointment is final, it goes into your calendar.

Asking about price and availability

You do not have to book right away. aila can call the business, ask about price and availability, and bring you the answer. If you like, it books afterwards.

aila does not haggle and does not commit money on your behalf. The decision stays with you.
