This policy has been prepared under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") by Humion Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (the "Company"), located at Esentepe Mah. Talatpaşa Cad. No: 5 İç Kapı No: 1 Şişli / İstanbul, acting as data controller. Contact: info@myai.la
This policy applies only to the website www.myai.la. The aila app at app.myai.la has its own texts, which are shown in the app.
2. What the Website Stores
The website uses the following cookies and browser storage entries. No advertising cookies are used.

The analytics cookie (PostHog) is loaded only after you give analytics consent. If you do not consent, it is not loaded.
3. Hosting and Security
The website is served by Vercel. Server logs (IP address, user agent) are processed for security and performance purposes.
4. Managing Your Preferences
- You can change your consent choices at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of the site.
- You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings: in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, under Settings > Privacy and security, "Cookies and site data"; in Safari, under Settings > Privacy, "Manage Website Data". When the entries are deleted, your preferences such as the theme are reset and you will be asked for your cookie choice again.
5. Your Rights and How to Apply
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Company, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about the processing if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request deletion / destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the Law,
- Request that the transactions carried out pursuant to items (e) and (f) above be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
You can submit your applications to the Company's address at Esentepe Mah. Talatpaşa Cad. No: 5 İç Kapı No: 1 Şişli / İstanbul, in person or through a notary public, or to info@myai.la via the e-mail address registered with our Company. Your application will be reviewed and answered within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. Pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, applications must include: name, surname and, if the application is in writing, signature; Turkish Republic ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality, passport number or ID number, if any); the residence or workplace address for notification; the e-mail address for notification, if any; telephone number; and the subject of the request.
